Terms of service

The service

Orchent runs workflows you define and exposes them as HTTP endpoints under your account. You are responsible for what your workflows do and for the data you send through them.

Your account and keys

You are responsible for the API keys issued under your account. Revoke a key the moment you suspect it has leaked; revocation is immediate.

Billing

Plans are billed per run as defined on the pricing page. At quota, calls are refused with a clear error. You are never silently billed past your plan. Deleting your account cancels your subscription outright — we do not bill for an account that no longer exists.

Your data

Your flow definitions, inputs, outputs and run history are yours. We do not train on your data. Self-hosted deployments keep all of it on your infrastructure. Take a copy whenever you want from Account → Your data, as one machine-readable archive; how long we keep run history is set out in the privacy notice.

Leaving

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Account → Delete account. It is immediate and irreversible: keys stop authenticating, published flows stop answering, your subscription is cancelled, and everything we hold for you is erased. Export first if you want to keep any of it.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of third-party services through the http node, no attempts to breach tenant isolation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee. Liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
