Priced per run.

Not per seat — the colleague who only reads the dashboard costs nothing. Not credits — a run is a run, and you can count them in your own logs.

How self-hosting is billed.

MANAGED

Metered per run, against your plan. The ledger above is the meter.

SELF-HOSTED

Licence-keyed, billed annually. Runs are uncapped; usage is reported locally, on your infrastructure, for your own billing — nothing is metered back to us.

Every plan is the full product.

Plans differ in run volume — nothing else. No capability is seat-gated or tier-gated.

sk_live_a1b2… Per-tenant scoped keys — shown once, stored hashed, revocable instantly.
402 quota_exceeded Per-tenant quotas. At quota, calls are refused with a clear error — never silently billed over.
404, not 403 Tenant isolation that does not leak existence.
"stream": true Streaming over server-sent events, on the same endpoint.
GET /v1/runs/{run_id} Full run history — inputs, outputs, status, duration, tokens.
GET /v1/usage/daily Daily rollups per tenant your invoice reads from.

Five honest answers.

What counts as a run?

One execution of one workflow. Failed runs count — they ran. Calls rejected before execution (401, 403, 404, 429) do not.

What happens at quota?

The call is refused with 402 quota_exceeded and a clear message. You are never silently billed past your plan.

What does "licensed for resale" mean?

You may embed Orchent in a product you sell to your own customers, multi-tenant included. No separate commercial licence is required. Read the licence terms.

Can I self-host?

Yes — that is the default. Managed is metered per run; self-hosted is licence-keyed annually with runs uncapped and usage reported locally.

Do you train on my data?

No. Your inputs, outputs and run history exist so you can debug and bill — nothing else.
